Management encourages a very respectful work environment. They support and encourage the sales reps. Lots of incentives. Treating partners, suppliers and customers with fairness and mutual respect. Really a great place to work.
Cons
Looking for people who care about there work and earning a fair wage. Dealing with employees who feel entitled and complain when things don't go their way. Especially when they post reviews that are simply not true.
Helping kids stay safe and doing this over and over and over again, day after day is extremely rewarding! Having an income to do it helps me to this indefinitely!
Cons
I've been with Community Safety Net for a year now. I've seen some people join us and then leave shortly afterward. All I can say, is I wish I had found Community Safety Net 20 or 30 years ago! This is the only flaw I can think of. They are very supportive of their employees!
