Great Company to work for, love my coworkers, fun actives for employees ( lunches, awards.. etc), People Matter. You are able to grow (many opportunities).

Cons

Need to be able to move at a fast pace; some people have found that a struggle; need a bit more process in some areas, but that's also what makes the company agile
