      Pros

      Really great people, great work-life balance with a lot of flexibility, a new and lovely office and plenty of company events for meeting colleagues. Choice to work fully remotely, partly remotely or in office. Benefits include cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, an app for discounts whilst shopping and also a discounted car buying scheme for certain brands. They've maintained a startup vibe even after being acquired by Cox Automotive and it's just a fun place to work.

      Pros

      Able to work from home full time if you desire, come in 1 day a week, or if you really want to come in the office full time feel free. Based right in the centre of Stafford, plenty of options for lunch with your team which happens often and the company will pay for a team lunch monthly.

      Cons

      Absolutely none so far after a month in.
