Strong focus is on future business but there is zero reflection on past actions - if something didn't pay out then it is simply not talked again. The official collab with google is discussed all the time and promoted a lot, but the actual projects are still pretty scarce after several years of trying and big talk. The warm culture and having a community of like-minded professionals is also paraded to some extent, but it is pretty rare to actually interact with codentonians outside your own project. People are nice, but you should be able to sacrifice your free time to actually meet them which is something I am not able or willing to do. Company is also somehow re-born just before covid(?), there is really only handful of people who have been on the company more than couple of years and the reasons for sudden strategy change are somehow sensitive topic. Even the overall vibe is good this big elephant in the room can be sensed every now and then.
