      Good team, interesting work, and pay is fine. They let you do your job without micromanaging which is nice. Benefits are solid, remote work is flexible. Code quality standards are actually high

      Pros

      Working as a dot net developer here has been a good learning experience. You get to work on real projects, not just maintenance work which is usually the case at other companies for dot net roles. Got exposure to both legacy and modern stuff, from older .NET Framework projects to .NET Core and some cloud work on Azure. Seniors are helpful and code reviews actually teach you.

      Cons

      Sometimes the project allocation is not great for dot net folks, you can end up on a boring maintenance project for a while.
