Company knows how to focus on getting work done, rather than wasting time with politics and managing upward. Much work done (and investment made) in the past few years toward improving product dev. process and cycle.
Recent acquisition confirms the company builds a valuable product.
Cons
In my time the company didn't have funds to invest in product management. Internal promotion to leadership in that function plus new additions to team have addressed this.
Bison is a quickly growing company full of intelligent, highly motivated folks who have a fire under them to disrupt the business intelligence industry in private equity. The team is small but nimble and the employees are VERY friendly. There's a sense of camraderie every day in the office and a feeling that each of our efforts are contributing to the bottom line, pushing the company forward.
Cons
Not many come to mind! They're brand new to their current workspace, so looking forward to seeing the new office come together. (It's a great space - high ceilings, exposed beams!)
