      Pros

      Good work-life balance. A lot of respect of colleagues as individuals. Better medical, dental and life coverages than most HK local firms. A lot of trust in employees.

      Cons

      No con to talk about as far as I am concerned. Perhaps the only thing to talk about is locatin at Science Park can be quite far for people who live in Kowloon or HK Island side.
