A lot of restructuring is happening within Clarion which has lead to some disjointed working between teams.

- decent pay and pay review - decent annual leave - managers who seemed to actually care and protect their staff - nice offices

Cons

I don't really remember many negative aspects of working at Clarion. I joined not long after the big merger which created Clarion, some systems were still being worked out on how to work together but it didn't affect myself.
