      Pros

      Freedom to choose to work on any projects. Very smart colleagues. Zero hierarchy, real flat structure. Problems are highly challenging and fairly open ended thus demanding constant innovation.

      Cons

      There are disruptions and deviation from set plans.

      Work is great and challenging, perhaps too challenging!

      Pros

      They are trying a lot of things, and moving fast. There are absolutely no hierarchies and no walls. They don't shy away from competing in the best in their field and in some areas they are beating the competition.

      Cons

      Sometimes decision making by the management seems less structured than it should be. We probably need more depth to execute on all the things we are trying.

      - Because of higher flexibility, sometimes important projects suffer from lack of overall attention.
