Training and coaching on selling digital patient education tools that actually get used at the point of care. The product is interesting and the mission behind it makes the work more motivating. Team shares knowledge and the communication is open.

Cons

Activity targets stay high and the pressure builds during busy outreach periods.

Pros

Before this, I had a basic cold-calling sales job, so when I came here, learning all the healthcare terminology and client expectations took a while. Conversations became easier once I understood the products and how medical offices use them. Coworkers answer questions and share tips instead of looking to turn everything into a competition.

Cons

There was a lot to learn initially.
