They Lied - do not pay according to experience

They want you to read some book called extreme ownership that's just a military book. The higher ups will disrespect for you and get upset if you take them to HR. They would not give one of their supervisors their vacation time. You have to have worked with the company for a year to get vacation time, but if that doesn't line up with the start of the year than they will finesse you out of your vacation time that you very much deserve. They laid off a majority of their az team because they are terrible at getting contracts so your employment isn't safe by any means. If you want new uniforms that do not fit you anymore, they will make you pay for them. Like 18 dollars for a shirt. Who's making their shirts? Balenciaga? They do not up pay for armed work, unarmed and armed get paid the same based on your rate. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY TRAIN YOU AT ALL! THEY MAKE YOU WATCH A VIDEO WHERE A SECURITY GUARD WRONGFULLY SHOOTS SOMEONE AND A COP GET CHASED BY A CRAZY GUY WITH A KNIFE. That book extreme ownership is not it at all. they try to teach you the laws of combat...... The Laws of Combat.... The Laws of Combat....... Dang, I didn't know combat had rules....
