Pros

Chaney is very fast-paced with lots of opportunity, making it a stimulating work environment for people who like to overachieve, work hard and celebrate successes.

Cons

The location is about an hour from Milwaukee, Madison and NW Suburbs of Chicago, making it a bit of a commute, but the company is very flexible and family-oriented, often allowing employees to work from home.

A very friendly environment with a ton of events and activities throughout the year. Highly competitive and strives for innovation.

Cons

Too much time spent giving themselves awards. Management seems to make key personnel changes and new business decisions on a whim, often failing to produce results or adequate explanation.
