Company truly feels like friends and family Leadership that is passionate about video games and being respected as artists. Leadership understands the value of co-development and staying profitable, funding the rest of the work. Leadership genuinely interested in happiness and loyalty of employees. Progressive company with a fiery passion for rights of their employees as people and citizens. If this sounds like a "Con" to you, look elsewhere or keep it to yourself.

Cons

Unclear bonus plans. Phantom stock? Profit sharing? No idea what is coming or when. Not a huge deal to some, but tech/gaming industry standard is yearly You can go years without a credited game due to co-development and cancellations outside of your control. Upcoming lead-dev projects will help this significantly.
