      Pros

      The fourth biggest diamond mine in the world, with a great potential of growth. Using the latest mining technologies. Employing more than 2000 workers locals and expatriates.

      Cons

      The mine is located in a remote area 30 minutes drive from the nearest city. In a constant need for qualified personnel in mining: heavy machines operators, engineers for heavy equipment to keep the the mine running 24 hours 365 days a year.
