Pros
Compensation is really great. Lots of stuff to learn, versatility required. Still a small company, nice colleagues, you get to know everyone.
Cons
Middle management is... not the best, mostly got there thanks to political/historical reasons, which is demotivating for other employees. Way too much inertia and backward technology used for such a small company.
