      Supportive coworkers and fair management, but no office space

      Pros

      Coworkers are easy to get along with and work with. Managers are tough but fair and if you establish a good working relationship, will be willing to help you out when working (of course they expect the same on your end as well as of course, basic accountability of assigned tasks). Good benefits/perks (including basics like medical, dental, vision, etc... but also perks like Summer Fridays/Mondays depending on role/team.

      Cons

      No longer have a physical office/location starting with the COVID lockdown.

      Pros

      Great supportive team that is always collaborating and sharing ideas to help everyone grow together. There are a lot of helpful tools and resources available that really set employees up for success, which has helped me tremendously. Leadership is very supportive and approachable, and the training provided was extremely helpful when getting started. The company also offers great perks and strong benefits. On top of that, the work environment is so positive, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on new tasks!
