      Pros

      Relaxed work place with no micromanage ment. Great employee benefits.

      Cons

      Although BÖWE is a great company to work for, you'll be working at a customer's site. Depending on who the customer is, it can start becoming frustrating very quickly. Pay could be better, and very little room for advancement.
