      Clean work environment Owner's show appreciation for the staff & are always on site Almost feels like a work family Very accommodating if you have family/health issues

      Cons

      Management lacks in formal communication and professionalism Nepotism - management favors people & are not afraid to show it Pay - your expected to do your job plus extras for low pay. When told they will give you a pay increase they do not follow through Bullying from management- when one of the managers is in a bad mood they will pick on certain people & speak to them in a condescending manner
