1. Open to feedback. 2. Flexible timings. 3. No work pressure, but it doesn't mean you should not put your 100%. 4. I talked to many colleagues, and no one said the founders don't listen to you or take your suggestions positively & seriously. 5. Most of the colleagues have been working here for many years. That explains everything about a workplace. Suramya is in the management. My Interview experience with Suramya was really great. She has great knowledge of the product and how interviews should be conducted. After joining, I observed how much she passionately works with the team. Although she is in one of the top positions, very humble and clear with the expectations.

Cons

1. Very strong SOPs are not implemented. We are still working on SOPs so that everyone has clear goals to be accomplished. 2. Culture is not very modern like startups. It is more like a good, stable organisation.
