      An Exceptional Learning and Growth Experience

      Pros

      I recently transitioned from an intern to an analyst at Betterfly, and my journey here has been amazing. The learning and development opportunities available are exceptional for young and dynamic people. I am surrounded by highly skilled professionals who are always willing to share their knowledge and mentor me to become a better professional. The work atmosphere is fantastic wich makes every day enjoyable and fulfilling giving me more reasons to want to continue developing my career at Betterfly.

      Cons

      The culture here encourages constant learning and improvement via constant change. This has been invaluable to my personal and professional development, but can sometimes be a little overwhelming for someone that's in a learning phase and needs more time and stability to adjust.

      Es una excelente empresa para llevar tu carrera al siguiente nivel. Al ser una scale up, hay oportunidad de implementar cambios y realizar muchos aportes con impacto global en un ambiente multicultural. Los cambios pueden ser un desafío para algunos, pero aprecio el ambiente dinámico. Tiene buenos beneficios y hay un buen ambiente laboral.

      Cons

      Es importante revisar si la estructura actual permitirá escalar a nivel global o hay que hacer algunos cambios en la estrategia. Transversalmente no hay una experiencia de liderazgo uniforme.
