As the headline says the owners (married couple in TX) have no idea what they are doing and the company loses good people every quarter because of their unfair / incomprehensible "business" practices.

For those who love this industry, working in a wholesale position gives you a ton of information and insight to grow.

Cons

This company is a mess. Communication is poor, company policy is inconsistent, and employees are nothing more than a number. Current owner thinks everyone is overpaid, and has unrealistic expectations.
