Pros
Leadership is very involved and approachable. It does not matter what position you are in, they will take the time to listen to you and make accommodations. You will receive as much support as you need. The key is to make sure you ask. Even as an intern I was able to reach both the President and Executive Vice President whenever I needed them. Employees at BHC are friendly, caring, and helpful. If you work hard and do the right thing BHC will take care of you in the short and long term. Great company!

Decent benefits, lots of tenured employees, understanding managers and actively engaged president.
Cons
"old-school" philosophy (but trying to change slowly), very strict with work hours and time off, aggressive and sometimes hot-headed salesmen
