      Pros

      -Higher degree of responsibility at all levels -Working closely with senior bankers -Good salary levels and bonus potential compared to peers - Positive, inclusive culture -High exposure to private equity community given BDA's core focus on PE sellsides -Potential opportunity to progress faster if one consistently outperforms in their role

      Cons

      -Hours can be quite long given big focus on quality of deliverables and volume of deals -BDA brand is getting noticed in the market but its still not quite at the level of larger banks and boutiques

Given the nature of the industry our bankers do have to put in long working hours, and we do understand that working long hours can be challenging and that it can have a significant impact on work-life balance. That said, we have, over the course of the past few years introduced benefits such as flexible working/ remote working etc to ensure our staff can have better levels of work life integration, while still getting a rewarding career with BDA.
