Pros
The people: These are some of the brighest, hardest-working, most dedicated people I've ever met. They are earnestly committed to the art of continually improving things, of making things run better, and of dreaming up solutions that can only be described as truly out-of-the-box -- and then they make it happen. They are also kind, warm, and welcoming. They have so much heart!
Cons
The agency has had its share of ups and downs -- growing pains, if you will, with the emphasis on "growing" -- but it is now on a decidedly upward trajectory. But the tough times also revealed the best in the people, beginning with their fierce determination to use every challenge as an opportunity to get better, stronger.
