      I joined Atidan Technologies as a fresher in the database (DBA) domain, and my overall experience is very good, especially in terms of learning and exposure. The training program was good and covered important concepts like SQL Server basics, database monitoring, and real-time production scenarios, with supportive trainers/seniors who explained things clearly. After training, I got hands-on experience working in a real client environment, where I monitored SQL jobs, checked alerts, and understood production workflows, which helped me gain practical industry knowledge. The team is supportive, seniors are approachable, and there are opportunities to learn additional technologies alongside work. Overall, it is a good place to start a career in the database domain and build a strong technical foundation.
