      Pros

      Agency is stable and growing in difficult industry at the moment - the CEO looks after the team here. We get to work on some incredible projects for some huge clients - don't think that 'industrial and manufacturing' makes it any less creative!

      Cons

      It's fast-paced, it's a busy studio, we get through a lot of work! We don't do WFH

      Opportunity to Grow

      Pros

      ArmstrongB2B is one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK. The agency specialises in industrial B2B clients, working with the world's biggest and best manufacturers of everything from building products to robots and automation tech. The growth is constant and the opportunities to grow with the agency are numerous. It is a fast paced environment so at times the work can be intense but there's never a dull day. Pros: - Work with global brands - International travel opportunities (depending on the role) - Incredible capabilities and expertise from team members (lots to learn) - Social and friendly culture - Continuously improving and investing in people (recent HR hire has really helped transform internal processes and benefits such as holiday allowance are now much more competitive) - Regular team socials to suite everyone - Interesting perks such as an on-site hairdresser and gym membership - Whatever your role, you will learn a lot!

      Cons

      Being in the office 5-days a week isn't for everyone but it's arguably one of the best agency offices in the UK and recent improvements to flexible working have made this more adaptable for a better work/life balance

Strong Benefits Package – Competitive salary, healthcare, and wellness perks.

      Cons

      Pace is Fast – Great for those who enjoy a dynamic, ever-changing environment. High Standards – The bar is set high, encouraging strong personal growth. Lots to Learn – Steep learning curve, but invaluable experience gained quickly. Frequent Change – Agile environment with frequent iterations; adaptability is key. Independent Work Expected – Autonomy is valued, but may not suit everyone at first.
