Pros
Fantastic energy, flexibility, Hi-tech. The company works in a variety of spaces and is focused on delivering high impact solutions leveraging AI technologies. The team is extremely friendly and the company is remote first with occasional face to face meetings and social events. It's got all the vibes of small company focused on being efficient.
Cons
I don't really have any cons that are worth noting. About the only thing I'd change is to get a laptop with a larger screen.
