      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time here thus far at Aputure. The management and my fellow co-workers offer a healthy working environment that strives to inspire creativity and overall efficiency.

      Cons

      This company is still very much growing as each day passes, and with that comes the need to practice our communication skills across each department. There are times where I feel like our level of transmission needs to be more active.

      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Aputure is how much it feels like a family here. Everybody works as part of a team and feels empowered to bring up creative ideas and suggestions on how to improve the marketing for our products. I love the ability to perform a multitude of different tasks and learn while on the job. We have a very constructive dynamic in the workplace, and it's great that everyone is accepting of each other's diverse backgrounds and styles.

      Cons

      Working in a fast-paced environment brings up its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to outlining expectations. Sometimes, it feels like we're trying to do too much and that there are many external pressures that we can't control, and ultimately there's a feeling of disappointment when expectations aren't very clear. I understand the wisdom of "we'll take what we can accomplish" but I'd like there to be a clearer long-term goal that we can strive for as a company as a whole.
