Pros
It's a small team so you get a range of responsibilities and learn a whole range of new skills in the job role. The BDM team is a great resource for learning sales and negotiation skills and fundamental customer experience. The commission structure is a set percentage, so pay is predictable.
Cons
Being part of a small team means that sometimes you need to fully immerse yourself in tasks that are not listed in your job description. This should not be seen as a con, as it's great for developing a range of sought-after skills!

lots of learning oportunities, get to learn about all areas of the business at Friday team lunch. encouraged to be entrepreneurial and take on responsibilities in new areas. friendly team, lots of socials.
