Residential AV is a great industry to be in and it keeps growing. The company caters to the high-end of the market which keeps every job interesting. The culture is positive and fun with a ton of collaboration. You can learn lots on the job, like most small companies. There is some training, and great benefits like healthcare, dental, 401k, and some discounts/deals.
Cons
It can be a steep learning curve to get up to speed on the AV business if you're not already. The clients can be demanding at times so you have to like interacting with them.
