Cons
The worst company in terms of employee satisfaction. Employees are considered as slaves. No professionalism, decency, ethics or values. The uncivilized management drives the company to the barbaric Era where people act as cannibals. Transcontinental Shipping, a division of Al Bader, is pathetic in treating its employees. HR is a disaster, admin staffs are rude and uncultured. Heavy work load and no appreciation. Partiality prevails on appraisal. Once resigned, the staff will taste the wrath of the management - troubles, delays the transition process.
