      Pros

      I've worked a few places over my career, but working at Agility is the most satisfied I've ever been with an employer. The culture is phenomenal and everyone I work with is beyond excellent. Leadership is trustworthy, approachable, and very transparent.

      Cons

      No where is perfect, but I can't really think of anything to share here

      Intelligent, well-intentioned people. Leadership that cares about people's individual goals. Incredible product and service that is truly 1 of 1 in the industry.

      Cons

      They have laid off some employees in the midst of a major pivot - one that was necessary - but included some growing pains.
