Your role will be varied, challenging and demanding but if you’re prepared to put in some hard work you will benefit from the rewards. There is a good team atmosphere with a supportive culture which is encouraged and developed through regular team building events.
Cons
Be prepared to work hard, have the confidence to voice your opinion but also listen to experience - all should ensure few cons.

To be insulted and berated by 'professionals'.
Cons
Not enough abuse outside work hours, i.e. between 8pm and 7.30am.
