Pros
Absolute is no more the company, which it was 6+ years back. I have seen Absolute growing from an infant till what it is now. There are a lot of continuous positive changes happening and being embraced at Absolute. The changes will further go on until it makes its existence in one of the most leading global screening service providers.
At "Absolute", everyday we (starting from an Associate to the Director) put 100% efforts and take one step ahead of what we were yesterday to reach our goal. We rise & fall & again rise; each of our employees have a never-dying attitude at "Absolute". This itself differentiates us from any other company. Our focus is to deliver authentic & top-tier quality service to our clients to their satisfaction.
I have read the reviews given by many people & understand that compensation & leaves are primarily their concern. I do not completely disagree that a proper work-life can only be balanced with right proportion of compensation & comfort. However, compensation has always been an aspect where no one is fully satisfied. Even a CEO of a company resigns stating better salary! :)
Having said so, every company has their own set of policies which have been created keeping their ethics, culture, brand, financial goals, etc. in mind. From my perspective, the compensation bracket across all the level of employees at Absolute is at a par where it currently stands with other companies which are in similar line of business. Absolute is at a stage of evolution & I am sure, it will not miss any opportunity of relooking at the areas of improvement, as it continues to move forward.
People who have worked with Absolute & are currently working have experienced that the company has always given a fair chance to earn extra money by going an extra mile. As rightly said by Paullina Simons, everything in life comes at a price. Absolute is always hungry for talented people who can take up challenges at work & can get the best out of themselves. They are very fond of self-motivated & self-learners who can think out of box & drive better results in work.
Cons
No cons from my perspective (at this stage)..
