      Flexibility to work independently Global Travel

      Cons

      HR is awful and no empathy for any situation. Strategic direction changes month by month. Senior management are very emotional and make crazy decisions based on this type of emotion. Dutch style of management is awful and very unprofessional. Bonus schemes are not fixed and changes based on how the senior management determine it.

      Competitive salary. Good operators who really try to make the plant successful.

      Long hours Dirty environment Loud environment Equipment is in bed repair Senior management does not support plant The will not spend money to fix equipment Senior management does not listen to managers-expect to be profitable when the equipment constantly breaks down.
