* Good environment. * Good manner of dealing. * Everything according to the law. * Very high flexibility. * High confidence. * The environment supports development and excellence. * Working freely without restrictions. * They support empowring the employees and push them. * Learn the epmloyees new skills, and change their minds. * Leaders are good listeners, and they are friendly.
Cons
Everything is good, but there's some notes from my sides that the Working hours are very long, but to be honest with high flexibility. The salaries are not good enough, but I understand that its because the current situation and the wars in Europe and Middle East.
