Cons
Are you kidding me? Did you read the pros and you are still here. Go click that apply button. Better yet, Let me take this space to tell you more about Arrise. There are following BUs in Arrise: 1. Art/Slots BU: A team of artists sit in Noida who take care of Arts, mainly resposible for Slots game. Include game programmers, artists here. 2. Live Casinos: With offices in bulgaria, romania, Arrise has live casino game studios there. Lots of people. Include shuffler, dealer here. 3. Development BU: Hyderabad and Noida office. Live casino game developers. Here is a story as narrated by one of the employee who was present long back before this company went to down the drain. Things were good back then, until one day, a chief technology officer joined. Great background, better credentials. We thought that things will be much better than before. Then he starts bringing his own people with him, who in turn bring their own people after a few months, we were fine with it until he and the others he brought start bossing around like they own the place. They bend the rules, start enforcing new policies out of thin air, try to rattle the hierarchy of the place, create new positions for their loved ones. eg: stealing from the company by getting contractors setup through a friend and taking a cut, HR hiring their family members, CTO shouting at onshore dev team saying I am the CTO you will listen to me. Think of what culture thrives at a place like this, when you cant complain about an employee because they know somebody in the higher ups. When HR doesnt pay any heed to your complain and if you speak up, you may be removed by those in power to do so.
