      Pros

      Managers are willing to give you strict and clear working requirements. The vibes with colleagues are friendly. (Especially for I people.) Young colleagues to work with. Working environments give you a stabilizing feeling like you can work for 20 years with differenet challenge projects.

      Cons

      Working place not completely convenience. (But still have MTR) Hardly have salary increase. Working challenge come from clients. (it is not the cons from company) Work life balance means you can leave on time and work at home, then you got it.
