1. You get to learn a lot from the seniors and the Director himself like how to write code that can be easily maintained, expanded and even remove the modules without hurting the rest of the code. 2. Its a product based company but it does take into account the customer's request. The team involves you in decisions, considers your ideas. Helps in growing a lot 3. It is a place where you are not on gunpoint. Instead, the team and atmosphere inspire you to give your best. 4. If you want to go from coder to developer, sure this is the best place to learn. 5. You contribute largely to the product which means you would see users using them, get their reviews which in turn teaches you and the company how and where you went wrong and how to be better.
