-Many last minute rushes in order to meet dollar targets -Sales plans are uncertain monthly. -No reviews given on performance until asked repeatedly

Steady paycheque, steady hours, expectations are low so it's what it is.
Cons
How many ex-cons do they hire? 2 months into the job and I already found out 3 of my co-workers did serious time.
