      Pros

      I especially like that 1Global unites the communication domain with high-standard software development. Although 1Global is in the communication domain it's a fast pacing company. The teams are small and everyone makes a high impact on the products. I'm learning a lot in 1Global and I like my colleagues.

      Cons

      1Global is a fast pacing company in which you work on switching topics. Although I like this, it's not for everyone.
