A part of global chemicals titan Henkel, Ablestik manufactures tape and film adhesives, thermally and electrically conductive paste, and underfill encapsulants. They are used in microelectronics, optoelectronics, image sensors, semiconductor assemblies, and semiconductor packaging. Ablestik Laboratories maintains sales and service centers throughout Asia and in the UK in addition to its locations in the US. The company had been a part of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) until the beginning of 2008.
