This landmark transaction will make the UK ENGIE’s second-largest country of activity. By signing this agreement to acquire a best-in-class asset, ENGIE accelerates its growth in regulated electricity networks. UKPN delivers 71 TWh annually through a 192,000 km network and holds three strategic licenses covering London, the South East, and the East of England.
