Internal Title: Digital Project Designer Trainee

Department: FSMOne Digital Projects

Full-time Summer Internship Period: June – August 2026

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces for the FSMOne platform (App & Web), ensuring alignment with the group's design style and guidelines;
• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to uncover user insights and pain points;
• Perform design reviews and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure UX/UI quality standards are met;
• Collaborate with the Project Team to iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints;
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and support special projects as needed;
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, self‑motivation, attention to detail, and accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Requirements:

• University students (Year 2 or above) with a Bachelor's Degree in Design or similar fields are preferred;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch;
• Experience or coursework in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred;
• Familiarity with UAT processes and a quality‑assurance mindset is a plus.
