Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors at the front desk
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to complete administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
