Responsibilities:
Support the new employment procedures for new employees, including Orientation and onboarding formalities
Assist in coordinating and organizing internal employee activities, including birthday parties, recognition programs, team-building activities and wellness programs
Assist in coordinating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
Prepare team member newsletters
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information
Prepare monthly training reports and update training records
Administrative support to the Learning & Development Team
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong communication in Cantonese and English
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
