Job Summary
We are seeking a Solution Test Engineer to lead LTE end-to-end testing, network solution validation, audio/video and security testing, field delivery support, and team management to ensure high-quality product and project delivery.
Responsibilities

Participate in product requirement and design reviews; prepare test plans and strategies; provide recommendations to improve product quality.

Lead the team in test environment setup, test case design and execution, result analysis, and report preparation; optimize testing processes for efficiency and compliance.

Build and maintain end-to-end LTE testing environments, including terminals, base stations, core networks, network management, application software, and dispatch consoles.

Review and validate network deployment and topology solutions; design tests for key features such as POC, NAT traversal, geo-redundancy, and 3GPP encryption.

Perform audio/video application testing in LTE/wireless scenarios, covering SIP signaling, multimedia playback/recording, and subjective/objective quality evaluation.

Conduct software security testing using tools such as AppScan, Burp Suite, Linux vulnerability scanning, and MySQL database scanning.

Support lab trials, commercial projects, and major demonstrations with on-site delivery, technical support, upgrades, and field issue troubleshooting.

Lead and manage the testing team in task coordination, talent development, process implementation, and quality management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

5–8 years of experience in software/system testing or QA, with senior-level responsibilities and team management experience.

Hands-on experience in LTE/4G/5G, wireless communication, core network testing, or telecom applications is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end LTE test environment setup (terminals, base stations, core networks, network management).

Familiar with audio/video testing, SIP protocol, multimedia principles, and quality evaluation methodologies.

Experience in security testing (Linux, databases, web apps) and tools like AppScan, Burp Suite is an advantage.

Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, case design, defect tracking, and reporting.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
