Job Title: Outbound Telemarketer (Temporary Campaign - IT Brand)

Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (On-site)

Duration: ASAP, Last week of May 2026 – 2nd week of June 2026

Hours: Flexible (Approx. 10–20 hours total, based on delivery speed)

Salary: $1500 HKD

Remuneration: Immediate payment upon project completion + Reference Letter

Overview:

• We are seeking a results-driven, temporary Outbound Telemarketer to support a short-term marketing campaign for a well-known global IT Brand in Hong Kong. This is a one-time job. No contract will be provided.
• The primary objective is to validate a warm contact list and secure meeting appointments.
• This role offers excellent flexibility, immediate payout upon completion, and a valuable reference letter from a reputable technology campaign.
• The position is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Verification: Reach out to a provided warm-lead database (approximately 220 contacts) to verify and update contact information.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct brief, structured qualification conversations based on provided scripts.
• Appointment Setting: Secure follow-up meeting appointments with qualified contacts where applicable.
• Data Integrity: Ensure all call outcomes are accurately documented within the provided onsite tools.
• Project Terms & Logistics: No Sales Quotas: This is a pure lead-qualification and appointment-setting project, not a cold-calling sales role.
• Flexible On-site Hours: Work hours can be scheduled flexibly between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Once the target deliverables are met, the project concludes.
• On-site Support: A comprehensive briefing and all marketing materials/scripts will be provided on-site in our Kwun Tong office on the same day when the job begins.
• Data Security: Candidates may bring their own laptops if preferred. Due to data privacy regulations, a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed, and no customer data may leave the premises.
• Education: Open to university graduates or associate degree holders, as well as current university students looking for flexible short-term work. An IT major will be an advantage.
• Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English is essential. Confident, professional, and engaging phone etiquette.
• Industry Knowledge (Advantage): A baseline understanding of current tech trends (e.g., Enterprise AI, IT workflows) is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
