Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the full lifecycle of Java and/or Python application development.
• Strong grasp of software design, architecture, and system integration.
• Solid knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, REST/web services.
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Practical experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in production workflows.
• Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
