IT Development Manager

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
• Minimum 8 years of IT work experience
• Experience in leading a team of not less than 4 persons to implement web application or e-commerce project(s)
• Experience in configuration, customization and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
• Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Holder of valid ITIL Intermediate Level or above certification
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

System Analyst (Cloud Project)

• Implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
• Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Holder of valid ITIL Intermediate Level or above certification
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in configuration, customisation and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
• Experience in requirement study, SA&D and system development
• Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred

IT Analyst / IT Programmer (Cloud Project)

• Minimum 3 years of IT work experience
• Implementation of the System, the implementation of the Portal and customization of CMP and ITSM software.
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in application design, implementation and programming
• Experience in configuration, customisation and supporting the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) software or the proposed ITSM solution
• Candidates with project experience with the government would be preferred
